No, only administrative, procedural and institutional. You claim your citizenship administratively via “blood right” through a qualifying direct relative according to their naturalization status and timeline. Balik PH does not provide legal advice.

What is the process for official vital document sourcing?

Balik PH can source all of your official vital documents for you via the appropriate state level agencies in both the United States and the Philippines. While they are public record and in most cases can be requested otherwise, we ask fior your permission via a Power Of Attorney exclusively for vital documents.

6

How much does Balik PH charge to manage the process?

Fees depend on the details of your familial lineage and the number of generations who must meet criteria for you to qualify.

7

Does maintaining citizenship have associated costs?

No, excluding periodical administrative tasks like passport renewal.

There are many! See our home page for high level details, our Slideshow for related blurbs and our Benefits page for discrete details.

9

How fast is the process?

The process can be as short as ~2 months and as long as ~6 months in standard cases. This depends on the unique characteristics of your lineage, the number of generations involved, document request timings and related.
